Profile bur, parallel, round faceThe round face cut of the profile bur F1373H23 corresponds to the face
cut of the wax bur shown above. Precisely designed ditches in wax can be
milled additionally and easily with the suitable profile bur.

Polishing bur, parallel, round faceA mirror-finish is prepared with the polishing bur F1373P23. The identical
face cuts of all wax, profile and polishing burs of the same size, simplify
designing a perfect marginal ditch.

Wax bur, conical, round facePreparation of a tapered crown with marginal ditch. The F2003W40 features
are rounded face. A wax pattern is first prepared with this wax bur, the
rounded face features a sharp cutting edge and produces a precise ditch.

Profile bur, conical, round faceThe object is shaped with the profile bur after casting. The radius
of the face cut has been precisely matched with the corresponding wax bur.
The ditch can then be shaped quickly.

Polishing bur, conical, round faceAfter contouring, the surface is finished with the polishing bur, slight
reworking with this bur obtains a high lustre polishing even in the area
of the ditch, since the radii of the polishing, profile and wax burs are
absolutely identical.

Groove BurThe groove vut F5383H10 exclusively serves to prepare groves. For this
purpose the groove bur is only moved up and down in the ertical axis. The
curt on the ace simplifies extending the grooves to the cervical direction.
At speeds of 15,000 – 20,000 rpm a fine cutting performance and a mirror-like
high lustre on the milling surface can be obtained.

Shoulder burThe occlusal shoulder is prepared with a special shoulder bur. This
bur features a face cut which smoothes the bottom of the shoulder. Optimum
use of this tool is ensured at speeds of approximately 15,000 -20,000 rpm.
A mirror-like surface is achieved with the relief cut. Additional polishing
is not required.
